The Band

Wenches & Rogues is a Celtic Punk Rock band from Saskatoon, SK. They combine traditional Irish and Scottish music with hard rock, punk and sometimes heavy metal influences. They released their first full-length album on September 2016 and will be available in both hard copy and digital through Band Camp, McNally Robinson in Saskatoon, iTunes, HMV, and more!

Wenches and Rogues first got together August 2012.  They made their live debut July 2013 and have since played several shows in Saskatoon at various venues and events, including Folkfest's Scottish pavilion, and Saskatoon Highland Games. W&R have ventured around the Prairies, playing in Bobby's in both Moose Jaw and Regina, as well as the famous Hanks Tavern in Bradwell.

Wenches & Rogues is currently writing and working towards their second album. With some new players in the mix, they continue to use traditional influences to keep the celtic spirit going. Their heavy style brings a new sound to traditional classics, and their originals pay homage to their Irish, Scottish, and Newfoundland roots.
